Weekly FREE Shop 'n Stroll Class!
We are thrilled to partner with Runners and Booties Fitness to provide you with this awesome weekly drop-in workout! Shop 'n Stroll turns your stroller into a portable fitness machine and takes baby along for the ride. The classes consist of power walking combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the mall environment with the last 15 mins devoted to socializing for Moms and babies (Dads welcome too!)
What to wear/bring:
- MUST HAVE supportive, clean running shoes
- Water bottle – you will need this!
- Strollers (no umbrella or rental strollers)
- Any baby items you require
